Ford PH gives discounts for parts, labor on flood-damaged units

MANILA: Ford Philippines is offering price cuts on parts and labor to customers whose vehicles were beaten up by flooding and heavy rains brought by Typhoons Crising, Dante, and Emong as well as the monsoon.

In a statement, clients may avail the 20- and 10-percent discounts on parts and labor costs respectively should they have their units repaired in any of the Ford dealerships in Luzon. The program is up until August 31.

“In light of the recent typhoons and flooding that caused damage to vehicles, we are extending special discounts on parts and labor to assist our customers, allowing them to get back on the road with confidence and peace of mind,” Ford Customer Service Division Director Joyce Laxamana was quoted as saying.

Those who want to want their cars to be assessed may schedule an appointment via its Online Service Booking available on the Ford website. This feature allows customers to:

• Conveniently book service appointments anytime and anywhere at their preferred Ford dealership
• Get instant confirmation of their booking
• Modify their booking on the system

Meanwhile, Ford vehicle owners who need towing services may call (+632) 8459-4723 to 24 for Emergency Roadside Assistance.
