Here are the brands expected to show their latest models at the 2022 MIAS

MANILA: Co-organizer of the 2022 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) Worldbex Services International has revealed the vehicle brands that will be present and other activities that will commence at MIAS from April 7 to 10.  

In the 2022 MIAS at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, the following vehicle brands will exhibit their latest models: Nissan, Subaru, Peugeot, MG, Chevrolet, Chery, Maserati, Foton, Mitsubishi, Geely, Changan, GAC, and Volvo.  

Motorcycle brands will also exhibit their models, Guinness World Record holder and precision driver Russ Swift will perform driving stunts with Subaru vehicles, and the 2022 MIAS Classic & Custom Car Competition will be staged in cooperation with Petron. 

Nissan will showcase its Intelligent Mobility technology as featured in the Navara pickup, Terra SUV,  and all-new Almera sedan. The sports cars 370Z and GT-R will make an appearance, as well as the all-electric Leaf as Nissan pushes for green mobility combined with alternative power options for households. 

In the 2022 MIAS, Subaru will be highlighting the new Forester SUV and BRZ sports car. Russ Swift will be putting the latest Subaru cars through heart-stopping maneuvers at the World Trade Center three times daily during event. 

The Chevrolet booth at the 2022 MIAS will see the Camaro and mid-engined Corvette. 

Over at Maserati, the brand will showcase its lineup composed of nameplates such as Quattroporte and Levante. 

Volvo is expected to present its hybrid and electrified vehicles, such as the XC40, XC60, XC90, and S90 sedan, the 2022 MIAS co-organizer added. 

Meanwhile, Motul Philippines will display a trio of race cars: the Ferrari 488 Challenge, McLaren GT4 Sprint, and Mercedes SLS GT3. The three race cars are claimed to have a combined total of more than 1,800hp. 

Petron will be 2022 MIAS co-presenter and presenter for the Petron-MIAS Custom and Classic Car Competition. BPI will be the exclusive car loans sponsor for MIAS. Automobile Association Philippines will be supporting the show and holding its Driver of the Year Awards at MIAS.

Special exhibitor Lego will have brick as well as real-life versions of a Jeep Wrangler, BMW, and Ducati motorcycles at their colorful booth. 

Mutt Motorcycles, a UK brand that merges vintage-bike styling and modern-bike performance, will make its public debut at the 2022 MIAS.

Method Wheels, known for high-performance off-roader wheels for race and street use, will be showing its specially-equipped vehicles.

Porsche Design will be celebrating 50 years of the firm founded by the grandson and namesake of Ferdinand Porsche, Ferdinand Alexander “Butzi” Porsche.

The 2022 MIAS is co-presented by BPI and Petron and for the benefit of ABS-CBN Foundation Inc.. 

Doors of the 2022 MIAS at the World Trade Center will open at 10 a.m from April 7 to 10.
