MG PH donates P1-M to Bayani Scholarship Program
Initiative will support five scholars currently in first-year college
MANILA: Morris Garages (MG) Motor Philippines, under the management of SAIC Motor Philippines Incorporated, has donated P1 million to support the Bayani Scholarship Program.

The Bayani Scholarship Program is run by the Fort Bonifacio Development Foundation Incorporated.Through the donation, deserving scholars of the Fort Bonifacio Development Foundation Incorporated (FBDFI) - led program will have access to funds to address their daily expenses throughout college.
To note, MG Motor Philippines’ beneficiaries consist of five first-year students. These come from institutions such as Taguig City University, Institute of Creative Computer Technology, and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. According to the company, each scholar is dedicated to completing their education despite facing financial and family-related challenges.
“We believe that education is a powerful catalyst for change,” MG Motor Philippines President Wei Wei Zhang said.
“Through this partnership, we hope to provide young Filipinos not only with financial support, but also with encouragement to keep pushing forward, overcome challenges, and build better futures for themselves and their families,” Zhang added.
