2020 Audi Q2 launched in the Philippines, starts at Php 2.78 million

MANILA: To grab a little more share of the SUV and crossover market, Audi has launched the newest iteration of its urban-centric crossover Q2 in the Philippines. The German crossover in its 2020 model keeps its trademark-Audi design language intact and comes with an array of comfort and convenience features.

On the outside, the 2020 Audi Q2 incorporates a front fascia that features a wide grille with chrome surrounds. A pair of upswept LED headlamps flank the large grille that houses the Audi logo in the centre. The slim headlights also get LED DRLs. Moreover, the side profile of the 2020 Audi Q2 is bolstered by a set of fifteen-spoke seventeen-inch alloy wheels and contrasting C-pillars. The rear end on the urban-centric crossover sports square-ish taillamps and a massive skid plate for that rugged appearance.

The cabin on the 2020 Audi Q2 now gets a brand new 12.3-inch widescreen display along with a Multi-Media Interface (MMI) with navigation. Also present is ambient lighting. The infotainment system features a seven-inch high-definition touchscreen display and comes equipped with the likes of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Under the hood of the newest iteration of the Audi Q2 is a 1.0-litre three-pot turbocharged mill that produces 116 hp of maximum power and a peak torque of 200 Nm. The wheels receive power via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 2020 Audi Q2 is capable of doing a 0-100 kmph run in a matter of 10.1 seconds before topping out at 197 kmph. At a starting price of Php 2.78 million, the 2020 Audi Q2 is available at all of the Alabang, SM Seaside City Cebu, and Greenhills dealerships.
