2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer introduced in the US

MANILA: Not so long ago, Chevrolet brought out the newest iteration of the Trailblazer. And now, the American automaker has introduced the crossover in the United States of America. Boasting a crossover, or shall we say a small SUV silhouette in its newest form,

the 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer will sit right between the Trax and the Equinox in the US market. Set to be released in 2020, the all-new Trailblazer will expand the already quite large SUV portfolio of the manufacturer in the US.

“The Trailblazer’s great design enables more personalization. It is a continuation of the design language for Chevy’s crossover family and extends our momentum into one of the industry’s fastest-growing segments”, said Steve Majoros, director of passenger car and crossover marketing at Chevrolet.

Along with the new standard 2021 Trailblazer, Chevrolet has also introduced the crossover’s RS trim which features gloss-black accents and a dual-tone appearance. The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer looks muscular and menacing, to say the least.

Providing the new Trailblazer with an aggressive and impressive character on the inside are the flat-bottom steering wheel, various red accents, large touchscreen infotainment system, stylish air-con vents, and a striking dashboard.

While the automaker has not released any details about the 2021 Trailblazer, we have some bits about the safety equipment that will be making its way to the crossover. These include automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, lane-departure warning, front pedestrian braking, high-definition rear camera, and adaptive cruise control.

“These features deliver added confidence and peace of mind behind the wheel, helping drivers monitor the vehicle’s surroundings and the driving environment with an available combination of camera, short-range radars, and ultrasonic sensors,” said Majoros. The Filipinos would love to have the 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer over here in the Philippines, right?

Chevrolet also unveiled the Onix in China recently, the sedan may go on to replace the current-gen in the Philippines. As a whole, the future for Chevrolet indeed looks promising.
