More chrome in the tweaked 2019 Chevrolet Spark

MANILA: The Chevrolet Spark, which was first launched in 2015 at the New York International Auto Show, is about to get a facelift. The people at General Motors have confirmed this and have provided the B segment Hatch an improved and updated look.

There are many points listed for recognizing the face-lifted spark from the current spark. More chrome at the front is the first and most notable one. The cosmic bumper air inlet is surrounded by more and more of chrome and a bulging plate holder is also there. The bumper of the brand new Spark also incorporates restyled and redesigned front apron which is more razor edged and gouged than the current spark.

Extra volume of chrome can be seen nearby the headlights too to make them look connected to the grille. The all new updated spark also includes new wheels, making it much better than the current Spark. Restyling has also been done on the fog lights. The car is also equipped with new restructured LED Daytime running lights to meet the modern day requirements.

Interiors of the 2019 Spark have also received many improvements, making it more worthy and attractive. Chevrolet Indonesia also claims that MyLink infotainment system has also been given a modification. In Indonesia, the same car comes with Dual airbags at front, hill start assist and stability control as customary.

The engine of the 2019 Chevrolet spark is same as of the current version of the car. It is the same 1.4litre four-cylinder mill with variable valve timing. Power production differs a bit from the Philippine spec models. As per the official website of Chevrolet Indonesia, it outputs 98PS and 124Nm of torque while the local spec outputs 99PS and 128Nm of torque. And a five-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission are included in transmission alternatives. It is indeed different than the old one. And this is a good thing.
