In the Philippine market, the Nissan Leaf currently retails at P1.998 million.
Propelling the Philippine-spec Leaf is an AC Synchronous motor capable of producing up to 147 horsepower (hp) and 320 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque. The said motor is paired with a 40-kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery, which likewise provides the Nissan EV with a cruising range of 311 kilometers, according to the New European Driving Cycle.
