MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) turned over the first 50 of 300 Hiace Commuter Deluxe patient transport vehicle (PTV) units ordered by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). The ceremony happened last February 4 at the Toyota Otis dealership.
