Wolf Racing packs the Ford Mustang with 745 PS, 0-100 kmph takes 4 seconds
MANILA: The likes of the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Corvette, and other cars from the segment are already powerful enough when they come out of the production line. Arent' they? Still, no matter how many horses the original manufacturer puts inside of these sports car, independent modifiers like Brabus, Alpina, AC Schnitzer, Abt, AMG, and others leave no stone unturned in making a beast out of these cars. Our guest for today is Wolf Racing, one of the many tuning houses from Germany.

Wolf Racing is known for reconstructing Ford cars like Mondeo, Fiesta, Ranger, Mustang, and others. In commemoration of its 40th anniversary, Wolf Racing has brought out the Mustang GT Compressor. The sports car in its modified avatar comes housing an altered 5.0-litre Coyote V8 motor. Courtesy of the Ford high-performance parts and an Edelbrock supercharger, the mill inside of the American Muscle icon now generates 745 PS of maximum power and peak torque of 880 Nm. Customers can choose from the six-speed manual and ten-speed automatic transmission options. A 0-100 kmph run takes no more than 4 seconds thanks to the crazy amount of power.

Aesthetic updates on the Mustang GT Compressor include body graphics, decals, carbon fibre rear spoiler, and unique badges. Other than the substantial modifications on the engine, Wolf Racing has also added new 21-inch alloy wheels that come wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres. Also, there is now a limited-slip differential and coil-over suspension setup with adaptable rebound & bounce settings.
All this enhances the handling of the muscle car significantly. Moreover, the ride of the Mustang GT Compressor is also 30 mm lower than the standard model. The reduced ride height has resulted in a lower centre of gravity. It has also improved the liveliness of the car while on the corners and during harsh accelerations.

On the inside, you will find a sports steering wheel, sports seats with color-coded piping, and Wolf Racing logos on the headrests. There is also the "One of 7" emblem on the dashboard. As the emblem indicates, Wolf Racing will manufacture only seven units of the Mustang GT Compressor. The price tag reads € 94,440 (roughly Php 5,490,460).
