2020 Toyota Supra receives Akrapovic treatment

MANILA: The 2020 Toyota Supra is one sports car that the whole world waited for good seventeen years before it made a comeback. Ever since the Japanese icon has been reborn, the population from different parts of the world await the car to be launched in their respective regions.

As you would already be knowing, the 2020 Toyota Supra is powered by a 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six motor that provides the sports car with just the right amount of the power. Even with the stock exhaust system, the all-new Supra sounds monstrous, doesn’t it? However, an aftermarket unit by Akrapovic would not harm at all, would it?

The exhaust system expert from Slovenian has just launched a dual-outlet exhaust system for the 2020 Toyota Supra. And boy does it sound good! Even if you are not a Supra devotee, the sound coming out from the custom Akrapovic exhaust outlets will surely give you an eargasm. The exhaust system by Akrapovic includes all of the muffler, exhaust valve, and tailpipes. The complete exhaust system is made up of titanium and provides the 2020 Toyota Supra with a louder, deeper, and more sensuous exhaust note.

Courtesy of the new exhaust system by Akrapovic, the 2020 Toyota Supra not only sounds better but also gains a few horses. Then there is the optional sound, using which, the driver can adjust the sound of the Akrapovic exhaust system while being inside of the Supra. The driver can use either both the remote control and a smartphone application for controlling the actuators which increase and decrease the loudness of the exhaust system.

Toyota Philippines recently launched the 2020 GR Supra in the country and the sports icon received a price tag of Php 4,990,000.
