Do Remember to Say Hi to Hyundai Veloster Tomorrow @ 2016 MIAS

By now, all Filipinos must be aware of the tomorrow i.e 7th April 2016 commencing Manila International Auto Show and you must be going through the internet, newspapers and other info sources to enlist the cars to look for at the show. Well, here we are confirming the news of Hyundai Veloster presence at 2016 MIAS.

Only a few days back we notified you about Veloster's arrival and now here's a gentle reminder on the same. Starting tomorrow and lasting till 10th April, you can visit Hyundai booth at MIAS and have a look at its new Turbo kid.

Now when we say Turbo we need your utmost attention. As until now Hyundai was offering MPI engine under its cars’ hood. And Veloster bringing the change wave with it is planted with a GDI prone powerplant. So, on opening its bonnet you'll see a 1.6L turbocharged GDI In-line 4-cylinder mill capable enough to generate maximum power of 204 PS along with 265 Nm of peak torque. The said mill is coupled with a new seven-speed dual clutch gearbox, known to be more efficient over the existing six-speed manual transmission on the mileage front.

On the exterior front, Hyundai Veloster will be seen featuring a rugged and masculine design language. Adding to its strong appeal will be a new Intense Red paint finish that will go well with its new projector headlamps, hexagonal grille and restyled 18-inch alloy wheels.

Great changes will also be seen on the interior front that are solely made to enhance its sporty and rugged appeal. Supporting the above statement will be present features like two-tone leather upholstery wrapping areas such as seats, centre console and door panels. On the tech front, you'll see features such as dual gauge binnacle, touchscreen infotainment system, multifunctional steering wheel and automatic air-con system.

And now comes Veloster's most interesting feature, the engine noise selection option. Yes, the feature which until now was only restricted to high-end performance cars will now be seen featuring in Veloster. Out of a total of six engine soundtracks, Hyundai gives the driver an option to choose the one he likes the most, suiting the dive situation.
