Now you can have the Nissan Terra in Fiery Red

MANILA: When Nissan brought out the Terra SUV in the Chinese market for the first time, it was dipped in Fiery Red. Fast forward in time, and Toyota introduced the SUV in the Philippines as well. However, the Fiery Red finish never made it to the Filippino shores. The lower end variants of the Nissan Terra did have a solid red finish though. But that is no way close to the stunning Fiery Red.

But now, the wait is over. In case you were looking for an SUV in some striking paint finish, the Nissan Terra in Fiery Red is the one for you. What’s even better is that the Fiery Red color option brings along an all-black interior instead of the black/brown scheme that we have seen till date.

The variant that gets the color update is the VL; thus, you get both 4x2 and 4x4 drive options to choose from as well. The prices for the two variants are Php 1,899,000 and Php 2,096,000, respectively.

What is not good is that the new color option is limited in stock. So, rush to your nearest Nissan dealership before the Fiery Red Terra runs out of stock. For the unknowns, just like the Navara, the Nissan Tera houses a 2.5-litre four-cylinder diesel engine which produces a maximum power of 193 PS and 450 Nm of peak torque. As we are talking about the VL model here, the SUV gets a 7-speed automatic transmission unit to deliver power to either two or all four wheels.

Regarding the safety aspect, the SUV gets a 360-degree camera for all-around visibility, intelligent rear view mirror, stability control blind spot warning, hill start assist, hill descent control, and lane departure warning, apart from the usual safety features such as six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, reverse parking sensors.
