Not too long ago, Hongqi Philippines rolled out the latest iteration of its flagship luxury electric sport utility vehicle (SUV), the E-HS9. 

Touted as a premium passenger car, it comes with plenty of amenities for those who want to be driven as they move around town — or when traveling outside the metro. 

On that note, here is a quick look at what one may find inside the premium electric SUV. 

Leather all round

Since the Hongqi E-HS9 is an SUV marketed to compete in the country’s premium vehicle segment, it is only fitting to find plenty of plush and soft-touch materials inside the cabin. 

Leather material is used on the surfaces of the vehicle’s seats, steering wheel, dashboard, center armrest, and door panels. 

For the seats, portions of the leather upholstery are quilted to provide that luxurious look and feel. The same goes for the center arm rest. 

The leather surfaces befit the character of the Hongqi E-HS9 since it evokes an opulent vibe that will suit the needs of its would-be owners.

On top of offering plenty of surfaces and upholsteries that provides a premium feel, the Hongqi E-HS9 is also packed with plenty of technological amenities that will please the tech-savvy car buyers. 

Sitting above the opulent dashboard are three large screens comprised of an instrument panel (driver’s side), infotainment system (center screen), and co-pilot screen (front passenger’s side). A smaller display unit can be found shut right above the center console, which serves as the control panel for the full-size SUV’s four-zone air conditioning system. 

By equipping the vehicle with large screens, the Chinese carmaker ups the modern feel of the automobile allowing owners to enjoy its features to keep them engaged and entertained for both short and long journeys. 

Complementing the modern feel of the cabin are several other appointments such as ambient lighting, a high-quality audio system, and a wireless charger. 

Superior space 

Since the Hongqi E-HS9 is a full-size electric SUV, it offers premium car buyers plenty of space.
