PH-spec Ford Territory now available with complimentary SSP

MANILA: Ford Philippines' Scheduled Service Plan (SSP) package is now available for every purchase of the Territory compact crossover. 

As a reminder, the SSP is a prepaid service designed to cover the costs of a vehicle’s periodic maintenance service (PMS) requirements for a two-, three-, or five-year period. It takes into consideration everything needed to perform PMS, from oil to air and fuel filter replacements. 

In the context of the Territory, the crossover gets a complimentary five-year SSP, meaning all PMS visits for the model within the said period are covered for free. The aforementioned package for the crossover also goes together with a free 5-year warranty and emergency roadside assistance service. 

Additionally, clients can buy the SSP for any Ford vehicle that is less than 12 months old or has less than 10,000 kilometers of total distance traveled on its odometer. 

Per the brand’s official website, models that are compatible with the SSP include 2022-2024 model versions of the Ranger, Everest, Territory, and Ranger Raptor. It may also be provided to the all-new Mustang, Bronco, and the 2024 model year Explorer. 

Ford SSP advantages

The most enticing part of the SSP is the additional savings it can provide to car owners. For starters, the said package is immune to inflation. As such, adopters will avoid future parts and labor price increases. Relatedly, customers availing of the SSP won’t have to shell out cash for every PMS visit as well. It is, after all, a prepaid service.

Furthermore, the service quality provided through the SSP is certified by Ford to be top-notch. Parts and consumables are assuredly genuine, and Ford’s service technicians are highly trained experts. 

Lastly, the SSP is transferable even if a client decides to sell their Ford vehicle in the used car market. It is attached to the vehicle itself, thus making a particular Ford vehicle more attractive for prospective second-hand buyers.

To note, the full price list for Ford’s SSP packages can be viewed on the brand’s official website. But for reference, the two-year SSP for the 2024 Ranger and Everest is priced at P18,500.

Apart from packaging the SSP together with the Territory, the marque has also extended its 'Ford Freedom Deals' promo, which offers sizable cash discounts for the Ranger, Everest, Territory, and Explorer.
