Yes, you can already order your Toyota Raize

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is now taking orders for its Toyota Raize — before the subcompact crossover officially arrives in a “few days,” TMP added. 

To make a reservation, interested buyers can visit a Toyota dealership, or inquire through TMP’s website to communicate with a Toyota dealer.  

The Raize — hotly-anticipated for being the carmaker’s first local small crossover entry — will come in four variants, which retail from P746,000 to P1,036,000.

These trim levels start with the Raize 1.2 E MT, and then followed by the 1.2 E CVT, 1.2 G CVT, and is topped by the 1.0 Turbo CVT. 

The Raize E variants are available in gray and silver metallic, while the Raize G adds to the choices a so-called “red 2” paint job.

Sixteen-inch alloy wheels are fitted to these Raize versions, as is a 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine, a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and a five-speed manual for the entry-level E MT. 

As for the Raize Turbo CVT, it exclusively comes in white, turquoise, and yellow options, which are all paired to a black roof to create a two-tone appearance.. Seventeen-inch wheels complete the look of the Raize Turbo CVT. 

As evident in its name, this range-topping Raize takes the one-liter, three-cylinder engine from the Wigo and adds to it a turbocharger. Thanks to the turbo, the Raize’s mill produces 98hp and 140Nm of torque from 2,400rpm. CVT is the sole transmission option. 

In the equipment front, the Raize E cars will carry an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto-enabled eight-inch touchscreen infotainment and manual climate control.

Smart keyless entry, push start ignition, and nine-inch infotainment screen are reserved for the Raize G and Turbo CVT.  

Meanwhile, safety features of the Raize E models consist of two airbags, immobilizer, and reversing sensors. The Raize G and Turbo CVT adds to these side airbags, an alarm, front parking sensors, and reversing camera.
