Ford PH to highlight new Everest Wildtrak this weekend

MANILA: The new Everest Wildtrak is set to make its public debut at this week’s Ford Island Conquest (FIC).

In a statement, the Blue Oval marque’s arm in the country said that the midsize sport utility vehicle will be the centerpiece of the eight-unit display in SM Megamall starting tomorrow (September 12) until Sunday (September 14).

Happening at the Ground Floor, Mega Fashion Hall from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., the event is open to the public and admission is free.

Alongside the company’s latest offering are the following models:

• New Territory Hybrid
• All-New Mustang Mach-E
• Ranger Raptor V6
• Bronco
• Explorer
• Mustang  

Those who will pre-order at the three-day event will enjoy up to P100,000-cash discount under the “Super September” deals and could bring home exclusive Ford merchandise with their purchase. The promo is also available in any Ford dealerships nationwide.

Further, Ford Philippines noted that the markdown is on top of existing promos available for the month of September, which include cash discount of up to P220,000 for the Territory, up to P90,000 for the Everest, up to P100,000 for the Ranger, P500,000 for the Bronco, and P600,000 for the Explorer.

“We are excited to bring the New Ford Everest Wildtrak with the rest of our line-up in one of the city’s biggest shopping centers to reach more customers and enthusiasts,” Ford Philippines Director for Retail Product Marketing and Business Growth said.

 “With this leg of the Ford Island Conquest combined with our special deals for the month, we aim to make our vehicles more accessible to Filipinos who are looking to own their dream Ford vehicle.”

Ford Everest Wildtrak: specs, features

For the Philippine market, the Ford Everest Wildtrak may come with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine paired with a 4x2 drivetrain, or a 2.0-liter bi-turbo diesel mill coupled with a 4x4 drivetrain.

Here are the output figures for the two Everest Wildtrak variants:

Appearance-wise, the new Everest trims sport “Wildtrak” touches including exclusive fender flares in “Bolder Grey,” a three-dimensional Wildtrak liftgate badge, dual recovery hooks, and a set of new 20-inch machine-face alloy wheels. 

The interior of the said trims, meanwhile, received “Cyber Orange” contrast stitching on the dashboard, seats, interior door cards, steering wheel, and armrests. 

Also, the Ford Everest Wildtrak comes with the same set of creature comforts found on the Titanium+ variants. Some notable amenities available to the new trims include the following:
